Custom Fastener Manufacturing
Manufacture of hexagonal bolts, nuts, washers, threaded rods, U-bolts, castle nuts, and non-standard fasteners to customer drawings. Available in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel (304/316/410), High-Tensile (Grade 4.8–12.9), and Brass. Metric (DIN/ISO) and imperial (UNC/UNF/BSW) threads. Size range M4 to M80+.
CNC & Precision Machining
High-tolerance CNC turning and VMC machining for complex components used in automotive, telecom, energy, and general engineering. Cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, and milling for tight dimensional requirements. Tolerances held to ±0.01mm. Materials include mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminium alloys. Also covers investment castings and forgings to drawing.
Structural Systems Fabrication
Complete manufacturing of strut metal framing systems (Unistrut-compatible), scaffolding accessories, base plates, slotted angles, cantilever arms, and pipe clamp assemblies. Sheet metal stamping and forming for custom brackets, waller plates, and pressed components in MS and galvanized steel. Configurations to IS 2750 / EN 74.
Surface Treatment & Finishing

Hot dip galvanizing (HDG) for heavy-duty outdoor use, zinc electroplating for standard protection, and specialist finishes including nickel, chrome, and powder coat for OEM applications.
